Weight Training
When you join the Beach Street gym you will have access to the most complete free weight area in Daytona Beach! Our two large free weight rooms contain an abundance of plates ranging from 2 1/2 to 45 lbs, four pairs of each dumbell ranging in weight from 2 to 160 lbs, four barbell benches, two inclined benches, 2 power racks, 3 smith machines, an assortment of flat and adjustable benches and much more.
Circuit Training
We realize circuit training is an important part of any work out routine so we provide three circuit training areas for your convenience. Our circuit training areas contain equipment to work every body part so you will be sure to get a complete workout every time.
